Timeframe for Returns & Exchanges

Requests for returns or exchanges may be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Product Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

• Unworn and unused
• Free of stains, makeup, or perfume
• Unaltered and undamaged
• Returned with original tags attached and in the same condition in which it was received

Ocoro Divinity reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, damage, or production error, Ocoro Divinity will cover all shipping and replacement costs.

To process your request, please contact us within the established timeframe and provide photographs along with a description of the issue.

Size or Style Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your piece for a different size, color, or design, we will be happy to assist you.

In these cases:

• The item must meet the original return conditions
• Shipping costs related to the exchange will be the responsibility of the customer

Custom or Made-to-Measure Pieces

Custom-made or personalized pieces created under specific measurements or special requests are not eligible for returns or refunds, except in cases involving manufacturing defects or production errors.

Sale Items

Items purchased during promotional periods or marked as sale products are not eligible for refunds and may only qualify for exchange or store credit, subject to availability.

International Orders

Import duties, customs fees, taxes, or any destination-country charges, when applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
