Once payment has been confirmed, our team will begin preparing your order.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination country, logistics, and high-demand seasons.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided whenever available.

Estimated transit times do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date.

Shipping availability and coverage may vary depending on the customer’s location.

4. Customs, Duties & International Charges

Ocoro Divinity shall not be responsible for delays, additional costs, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.

If a package is returned due to incorrect information, additional shipping charges may apply.

8. Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or presents shipping-related issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs and relevant details.

We will work with you and the shipping provider to review the situation and provide support.

9. Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit handling and delivery timing become the responsibility of the logistics provider.

Ocoro Divinity will gladly assist with shipment tracking and support but cannot guarantee exact delivery timelines or assume liability for delays outside our preparation process.
